Document Restorations

This is an official document from a Dutch Church issued in 1984 that belongs to Melson Zwerver of Holland. Unfortunately, it has been exposed to signficant amounts of sunlight, and the handwriting has faded dramatically, and to a lesser extent the printed text. To restore this document we did the following:

• Cleaned up the background and made the color stronger and more uniform

• Carefully used layering techniques to recover and build up the handwriting

• Improved contrast for better viewing

• Sharpened the document
